Season 61: "All that remains" pt.1*
The following scenery opens up at an undisclosed location
behind a solid fence, setting up a wide shot camera angle of what
seems to be a private health center in a typical
directional style for Paul Anderson, emphasizing colors and detail.
Flick.
Close shot.
Name Tag.
"Perth Clinic", Western Australia.
Flick.
Reception area.
The viewer is left to decide on his own how much time, effort and money must a center like this charge
especially when you bring in a foreign operator related to a commercial business establishment that
promotes violence and torture in the form of "entertainment" such as pro-wrestling.
A small group of nurses passes through the frame, subsequently dividing their attention between the patients
and their visitors. Some of them react positively to the moving lenses while others choose to hide their anxiety with judgment.
The ROG crew closes into the receptionist.
A young-looking, timid brunette strikes
them with a surprisingly cold look behind
a pair of horned rims.
Receptionist: "What is the meaning of this? This is a private
establishment. You better come up with an explanation
before I call for security."
Her speech seemingly triggers an automated reflex
as her hand strikes up forcing distant footsteps and echoes.
Security Guard: "Remain where you are."
Instant answer
Operator: "Excuse me, miss but there's been a misunderstanding.
Our supervisors have instructed us to the fullest extent of this visit."
He passes a folded piece of paper to the woman who carefully inspects it,
halfway through she signals to the guard to back out.
Operator: "If you can call Dr.Reeves, I'm sure that he will
be able to explain the situation."
The woman finishes reading and picks up the headphone
*Disclosed conversation*
She carefully puts the phone down, gesturing to a side
as the crew silently thanks her and moves along.
Long shot.
Far from a distance, we see an elevator opening
as a well-built figure, dressed in traditional white coat exits.
The gap between them closes we can notice more and more similarities
between himself and the original provider of his genes.
Operator: "Excuse me, sir. Are you Dr.Alex Reeves?"
A brief moment of silence
Dr.Alex Reeves: "Just Alex.
Welcome to Australia, gentlemen."
End of scenery.
End of segment.
